In this Pandemic time, when being social is difficult sharing with all of my Brave and wo derful Ladies some of my tips for safe and healthy pregnancy.
Despite having Narrow Birth Canal , Gestational Diabetes, i managed to deliver Naturally at the age of 34, Following are some of the most imp tips from my side.
1. Healthy Food-
Cereals- wheat, rice, ragi etc
Pulses- Moong, Masoor
Salads- beetroot, tomato, cucumber
Milk if not curd, paneer, egg ( May be not daily)
Almond soak, dates
Supplements prescribed by doctor
2. Positive thoughts-
One of the important weapon to sail peacefully through your pregnancy.
Kindly read positive stories about pregnancy and associate with those people who are positive.
I have ignored as well as avoided negative people , situation in those times, which have helped me immensely in the journey.
3. Praying and SElF talk and Baby talk-
Mantra recitation or listening to some spiritual music have made my baby very active aware and happy .
If hindu- mahamritunjay mantra in morning , ohm aim hreem kleem namasch chandikaye before going to sleep
Talk to your Baby in your womb as much as possible, they catch our vibration or emotions very well..i have noticed that I used to talk to my baby and tell "see life is very beautiful in the morning when i used to sit in gallery and enjoy the scenery "and she is very happy child and enjoy life...
4. Excercise
Backbone of my journey. Helped me controling my gestational diaBetes immensely.Do it alternate or daily as per your body but don't overdo it, take breaks. breath deeply through your nostril and exhale through your mouth while you do excercise it help you a lot to build stamina.
1 . squat- start with 10 and reach for 100-150 at a time
Helped me a lot while pushing during delivery because it makes your hips, thighs and calves muscle very strong
2. Pelvic bridge- remove waist pain, and provide oxygen to the baby by keeping one in right position
3. Pregnancy push ups- one of my favourite
Keep your both knees on ground and do push ups like regural one.It makes your shoulder strong which will help you to carry your baby after her/ his birth.
4. Walking and Taking Fresh Air- simplest of all , atleast half an hour walk.
In case you have gestational diabetes .walk just after you had your lunch or dinner.
STAY IN STAY NEGATIVE 😎
